What comes to your mind when you think of the classic white shirt? Stiff formals? Meetings? Really?! If
that’s still the first thing that comes to your mind… then think again!
I absolutely love the classic white shirt! And I think it’s one of the most essential pieces in your
wardrobe… but if there’s one place I seldom wear it to… it’s work! Coz when there’s like a million
ways to style it and a million other occasions you can wear it to, then why do the stereotypical?
Here’s one of my favorite looks in the white shirt for a long shopping day or an evening out with
friends…
Other interesting ways to style the classic white shirt:
• Team it with a pair of flowing culottes in any colour and team it up with pretty elegant heels.
• Wear it with just about any skirt – a mini, midi or a maxi – in plain colours or with prints! My favorite
skirts to wear with it are plain pastel midis and maxis or a gorgeous plaid skirt!
• You could even just dawn it on like an open shrug on a summery maxi dress or tie a loose knot in the
front!
• Wear it front open over a short denim jumpsuit or over your ripped jeans and a singlet (I do this a lot…
