Product Review – Bodyshop Seaweed Clarifying Night Treatment

Hi everyone… My first product review smiley

I bought this product recently from Bodyshop and had never heard about it before. I was looking for some sort of a night cream that would suit my combination skin. Those of you with an oily T-zone will know what I mean when I say this… it’s really difficult to find products that suit my entire face! Seriously… moisturizers that are good for my dry cheeks make layers of oil accumulate on my nose n forehead… and not applying anything meant that feeling of dryness and stretchy skin.

And just multiply that feeling 10-fold at night…! Arrrggh…

Now I usually buy water based or gel based products for my skin… but even those are a trial and error thing!

So when the sales executive at the body shop store told me about the sea weed night treatment (especially for combination skin)… I was skeptical – they all say that.., but because I desperately needed something and my day moisturiser (Clinique dramatically different moisturiser) just wasn’t helping at night… I decided to try it out! And I’m so glad I did!

It’s one of those few products that actually works on both the oily zone and the dry zones as per their needs. Doesn’t feel like you’ve applied anything but your skin doesn’t feel dry and not does it feel super-oily in the morning! It’s like a magic gel that someone placed in my hands and I recommend you guys with combi-skins definitely must try it out.

I give it a 4/5… (4 coz the bottle’s way too small and it’ll tend to get over pretty quickly sad)
